Environments Plus offers design and specification services. We
have the expertise to provide strategic programming, development of space plans and translation of layout for product specification counts
and installation drawings.
We use Autocad 2005 and GIZA for space planning development and design configurations. CAP Specifier, a furniture specification program is used for the creation of product counts, and bill of materials. All design is prepared in-house giving us the ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion, including full size drawings.

management. Our work plans are a culmination of detailed analysis of all project elements—including design layout, schedule coordination,
field verification, and equipment planning. Our expert coordination and management produce results outlined
in our work plan. Our project managers attend coordination meetings, interface with building personnel, review project plans, and monitor the
overall progress of a project. Additionally, they add input creating value
by identifying ways to minimize cost and maximize time.
