FURNITURE INSTALLATION AND RECONFIGURATION

EPI is a broad-based modular furniture installer of work station brands such as Steelcase, Herman Miller, Teknion, Knoll, Haworth, Kimball Office and more.

We work with our clients to update their space and bring their visions of a new office to life. Our in-house field installers are experienced in the most contemporary work station builds. They apply the training, knowledge and expertise they have gained in the field, to produce the highest quality workmanship in the contract furniture industry.

We have over 30 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, and our staff provides the knowledge and flexibility that makes your next project run smooth and effortlessly.

RELOCATION MANAGEMENT

Relocation can be a large job with the coordination of multiple vendors, a slew of changes, unforeseen events, and more. The last thing our clients want is to wait for one of their vendors to get the job done right. That is what EPI prides itself on, our ability to relocate offices with a little hassle as possible. Our aim is to alleviate headaches – not cause them.

Our staff is highly skilled in move planning and execution. We offer boxes, labels, Computer bags, and other moving supplies prior to the move, which guarantees a safe relocation of all your office furniture, contents and equipment.

ARCHITECTURAL WALL INSTALLATION

We have been at the forefront the use and installation of glass wall systems. These architectural wall systems offer minimal structure that presents a refined, seamless look through a continuous run of glass.

Our trained installers at EPI have installed over 1,000 linear feet of glass wall systems. We have done multiple floors of this very technical installation process. We have developed our own kicker systems that allow us to be able to fully secure the different wall systems into any building design.

WAREHOUSING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

EPI offers over 100,000 square feet of storage between our multiple warehouses located in Southern California and Texas.

Each facility can receive, store and deliver furniture. Our warehouse personnel are experts at handling and storing products, thereby significantly reducing the chance of damage. Additionally, our personnel are required to be very detailed when receiving and documenting shipments.

Our drivers and delivery crews are experienced in loading trucks and transporting products to your office locations. It is our standard to have on-time deliveries and a high level of customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.

PROJECT

MANAGEMENT

Project management in a key element in any job. We have specially trained project managers that handle each of our moves and installs. We create a well-analyzed and strategic, customized plan for each project. No cookie cutter work is done at EPI, each of our clients receive customized solutions to their needs, and that starts with our project managers.

Our project managers attend coordination meetings, interface with building personnel, review project plans, and monitor the overall progress of the project. They provide a level of expertise to their projects and help ensure the best plan possible is put in motion, by identifying different ways to minimize costs and maximize time and efficiency.

DESIGN

SERVICES

If your project requires a little more finesse, we have the expertise to provide strategic programming, development of space plans and translation of layouts for project specification counts and installation drawings.

All of our design services are prepared in-house. This gives us the ability to meet our customer’s needs quickly and efficiently. We use up-to-date state of the art programs for layout development and design. Programs such as AutoCAD and GIZA give us the tools necessary to customize your design. 20/20, a furniture specification program, is used for outputting the bill of materials.
